What you’ll do

  • Manage key accounts across multiple markets in the NM region
  • Generate your own leads to build new client relationships to support the company’s expansion
  • Focus on service and maintenance, then upsell to re-roofing projects
  • Leverage existing referral channels including HOAs, senior living, real estate firms, and roof consultants

What you need

  • A proven business developer with a hunter mindset
  • Experience in multi-family or commercial sectors (roofing experience is a plus but not required)
  • Someone with an existing book of business 
  • Motivated by earning potential and long-term career growth
