Lead Commercial Roofing Production Inside a $100M+ Platform
This is not another Project Manager seat buried in delivery, it’s a leadership role for someone who wants real influence over how a commercial roofing operation performs.
You will step into a structured, high performing business that is part of a $100M+ platform but still operates with strong brand level autonomy.
You will take control of major commercial projects end-to-end as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the performance, margin, and accountability of the wider operations team.

Your Role
? Lead commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
? Maintain strong client communication and protect long-term relationships
? Oversee Superintendents and operate as the senior lead on complex projects
? Standardize process, enforce KPIs and accountability across the production cycle
? Take ownership of job cost, forecasting, margin control, and financial performance

Key Requirements
? 5+ years commercial roofing project experience
? Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal systems
? Financial literacy around job cost and forecasting
? Proven leadership experience at PM or department level
? Commercial roofing contractor background required
