- Family-owned commercial roofing contractor operating at approximately $7M to $8M in annual revenue with steady growth under current ownership
- You’ll be joining a business built on direct to building owner relationships across Metro Detroit, creating consistent repeat work and long-term client trust rather than transactional bidding cycles
- The workload is heavily re-roof and replacement focused with minimal travel and a stable local pipeline
- You’ll be stepping into a company culture that is relaxed, collaborative, and focused on consistency of delivery rather than aggressive expansion or private equity pressure
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years commercial roofing experience in single ply systems
- Experience managing multiple sites & projects
- Strong single ply experience
