Windows Production Coordinator
Location:
Minneapolis, MN
Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 + 10% Bonus

Own the Windows production channel as it scales. Build the system, don’t inherit one.

This is a high-urgency hire for a Windows division that has outgrown its current structure. With a $3M backlog already in place and a further $4M pipeline in motion, the business now needs a dedicated production specialist to take ownership of the Windows channel end-to-end.

There is no existing Windows production team. This is a greenfield opportunity to build process, structure, and control in a division that is expanding across six Midwest markets. The need exists because growth has outpaced infrastructure, and Windows can no longer be absorbed into roofing and siding operations.

This role sits at the centre of sales, production, and installation, ensuring projects move from sold job to completion with accuracy, speed, and accountability.

Benefits

• 10% performance bonus
• Company truck
• Healthcare
• 401(k)
• PTO
• Laptop and phone
• Field equipment and branded kit
• Clear progression into Windows leadership as the division scales

Your Role

• Own the full Windows production workflow from sale to installation
• Verify all technical specifications including measurements, ordering, and product details
• Coordinate installers, scheduling, and job readiness across active projects
• Run job-site and customer meetings to manage expectations and delivery
• Act as the link between sales, operations, and field execution
