What you will be doing
- Run 3–4 commercial roofing projects at once
- Lead crews on site and drive daily execution
- Plan schedules, materials, and site activity week to week
- Work closely with PMs, GCs, and clients
- Own safety, quality, and productivity across jobs
- Be the point of accountability in the field
What you’ll need
- Experience in commercial flat roofing (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
- Proven ability to run multiple sites at once
- Strong planning and scheduling capability
- Comfortable leading crews and owning site performance
- Based in Ohio or have strong ties to relocate
