Your Role
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across the Birmingham market
    Manage work orders, documentation, scheduling, and operational tracking through CRM systems
  • Act as the main communication point for customers regarding scheduling and service updates
  • Support field operations across multiple crews, work orders, and active service accounts daily

Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or construction operations
  • Experience within commercial roofing, construction, or skilled trades preferred
  • Experience using CRM or field service management systems
