Your Role
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians across the Birmingham market
Manage work orders, documentation, scheduling, and operational tracking through CRM systems - Act as the main communication point for customers regarding scheduling and service updates
- Support field operations across multiple crews, work orders, and active service accounts daily

Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatch, or construction operations
- Experience within commercial roofing, construction, or skilled trades preferred
- Experience using CRM or field service management systems
