Your Role

• Establish and grow the Tyler roofing market
• Generate residential roofing sales throughout Tyler and the surrounding East Texas communities
• Build relationships with homeowners, referral partners, insurance professionals, and local businesses
• Manage projects from initial inspection through signed agreement
• Build the company's local reputation through exceptional customer service
• Recruit, mentor, and lead future sales team members
• Continue driving personal production while growing the local operation
• Work alongside senior leadership to shape the future of the Tyler market

Key Requirements

• Proven roofing sales experience
• History of consistently delivering strong personal sales results
• Existing relationships within Tyler or the surrounding East Texas market
• Leadership experience or a genuine desire to build and lead a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to build a new market
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
