Position: Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Benefits
Benefits: 401k, Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays & Company-Funded Training
The opportunity:
Most project management jobs box you in. One system, one job type, one project at a time. This one runs the other way.
You'd carry several jobs at once, from $50K through to $2M, across the full range of work Including TPO, PVC, built-up and SBS on the low-slope side, metal, shingles and specialty wall panels on the steep-slope and specialty side.
This family-owned Carolina contractor has served the region since the 1950s and now generates more than $40M annually. The next target is $75M–$80M. More volume means bigger projects, more crews, and more room above you as the business scales. The reputation, resources and workload are already there. What the business needs now is project managers who can carry a real concurrent workload and hold quality on every roof.
What's in it for you:
Roofing PM roles usually mean one system and one job. This is a genuine multi-project book across every system this business installs, at a contractor with the volume to keep it varied.
Alongside the salary and benefits package, you'll:
- Run projects from $50K to $2M, several live at once
- Work across low-slope, steep-slope and specialty wall panels rather than one system
- Split your time between commercial and high-end residential, new construction and reroof
- Own your jobs end to end (materials, crews, site, close-out)
- Grow with a business moving from $40M toward $80M
The role:
You'll run your own book of projects out of the Conway office, covering Myrtle Beach and the surrounding market.
Day to day, that means ordering the materials, equipment and plant each job needs, scheduling and managing your crews and subcontractors, and supervising on site to make sure the work meets both company and manufacturer standards. You'll be moving between jobs, on the roof and on ladders, holding several projects at different stages at the same time.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years managing commercial roofing projects
- Hands-on knowledge of low-slope systems
- Steep-slope and specialty experience preferred
- A track record running multiple jobs concurrently
- Physically fit for site work, including climbing ladders and lifting
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Myrtle Beach/Conway market
