Your Role
- Own roofing projects end to end, from pre-construction through closeout
- Build and hold the schedule, budget and resource plan on every job
- Work with estimators, foremen and subs to keep scope moving efficiently
- Get materials and equipment procured and on site on time
- Walk the sites, check progress, solve problems, hold the quality line
- Keep field crews, the office and the client talking to each other
- Run the paperwork properly: RFIs, contracts, change order logs, reports
- Lead project meetings and keep leadership updated

Key Requirements
- 5+ years managing commercial roofing projects, or a strong adjacent commercial construction management background
- Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems and construction process
- Comfortable running several projects at once and hitting dates
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors and field crews
- Able to read blueprints, contracts and technical documents
- Valid driver's license and happy to travel to sites across South Texas
