The work covers commercial, industrial, institutional and government facilities, spanning roof installation, reroof, repair, restoration, planned maintenance and waterproofing.
Birmingham is an established branch with a sales manager and a service manager in place, a territory across Central Alabama and a work mix of service, reroof and new construction.
Growth comes from the Central Alabama base the branch already holds, with an expansion into Florida forming one part of the plan.
The platform behind the branch is growing, and gives Birmingham access to capital, shared resources and proven playbooks.

Your role
- Own branch performance across sales, estimating, production and service
- Grow Central Alabama and play your part in opening Florida
- Develop the managers already in seat and build the bench under them
- Own the numbers, from pipeline and pricing through to margin and budget
- Hold the senior client relationships and keep every job safe and OSHA compliant
- Leadership experience in commercial roofing across more than one function, covering some combination of sales, estimating, production and service
- A track record of growing a branch or a territory, rather than holding one steady
- Commercial credibility and genuine comfort with numbers, margin and metrics
- The appetite to grow a branch and take on a new market as it opens
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel the Alabama and Florida territory
