Company Overview

Your Role
- Take full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, gross margin, profitability and operational performance
- Lead and develop management teams across sales, estimating, production and service
- Identify new revenue opportunities, strengthen key accounts and expand market share
- Establish commercial and operational KPIs to improve performance and accountability
- Work alongside senior leadership to develop and execute the company's long-term growth strategy
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience within commercial roofing, ideally as a General Manager,
- Demonstrated success growing revenue, improving profitability and managing a multimillion-dollar P&L
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing sales, estimating, production and service operations
