The Service Estimator sits in the estimating department at the Dallas head office, working alongside the estimating management team and the National Account Managers, and takes part in the company’s annual and peer group meetings.

Your Role
- Own service and repair proposals end to end, review, price, finalize and submit on deadline
- Resolve clarifications and revisions direct with contractor partners before anything reaches the client
- Submit to clients and National Account Managers by email and facility management portals
- Keep daily and weekly reporting current on submissions and open items
- Crosstrain across the estimating department and cover other desks when needed
Key Requirements
- Roofing industry experience; hands-on roofing knowledge preferred
- Confident in Excel and Salesforce, and able to modify PDF assessment reports
- Able to run multiple proposals and points of contact at once, to deadline
- High school diploma minimum, with four or more years of relevant experience
