This is an opportunity for a hardworking Estimator to build their legacy at a major commercial roofing contractor with a fantastic reputation regionally. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience as a commercial roofing Estimator who is looking for the chance to learn and develop.

If you have a collaborative and tenacious attitude, you will fit in well with the team. There is no egos or blame-culture, just a shared vision for growth and success. Promoting from within is championed and there are countless examples of this - including the current owner who started as a Superintendent.

Company Overview

They are a privately owned contractor with a proud legacy dating back to the 1970s. Today they do around $72 million annually and operate across 6 different branches in multiple states.

Projects are around 80% new construction and 20% reroofing but the company also has a large service department which brings in around $14 million annually. They work with a variety of roofing systems but the primary focus is single-ply and modified bitumen.
