What you will be doing
In this role, you will take the lead in turning project plans into winning bids. You’ll analyze blueprints, perform precise take-offs, and build competitive cost estimates for a wide range of commercial roofing projects.
Working closely with sales teams, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and ensuring projects start strong. You will stay on top of industry trends, pricing, and materials to keep estimates sharp and competitive, while managing multiple bids in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact position where your attention to detail, speed, and strategic thinking directly contribute to project success and overall growth.

What you’ll need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating
- Hands-on experience with The Edge software
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience reading & understanding blueprints, specifications & bid documents
