- $400 sign on bonus for every customer closed
- Generous Commission: 1% Production / 3% Service

Your Role
- Identify new prospects through strategic prospecting activities
- Employ solution-selling techniques to close deals and finalize contracts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Negotiate agreements with confidence and professionalism
- Continuously develop your skills through industry-leading training

Key Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in construction sales (Commercial roofing preferred)
- A passion for building partnerships and delivering value
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A resilient, result driven attitude
