This is a fully remote role where you can earn properly without being stuck in an office or chasing poor-quality work.

You will be pricing commercial reroofing projects across national accounts, with jobs ranging from $70K up to $9M.

These are solid clients with repeat work and real margins. No constant price shopping.

There is already work coming in, so you are not starting from zero. You will have inbound demand to get moving, then build your own pipeline and take ownership of your territory.
The business is growing, which means more opportunity. More work, more accounts, and more room to step up as you perform.

You will be backed with the support to do the job properly. Strong systems, clear structure, and a team that knows how to win. You focus on bringing work in and getting deals done.

Your Role
  • Run commercial sales estimating across a national territory
  • Manage inbound opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Travel to sites, measure roofs, take core samples, and build accurate estimates
  • Sell and close projects, then hand off to operations
  • Build additional revenue through upselling, referrals, and local prospecting

Commercial roofing is the core of the business, driving the majority of revenue. Work is focused on national accounts, reroofing, and large-scale projects, typically using PVC and TPO systems.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in commercial roofing sales and estimating
  • Ability to measure, scope, and price projects accurately
  • Comfortable with travel and site-based work
  • Strong follow-up and closing ability
