As this is a 100% managerial role with no individual sales targets, you’ll be able to focus entirely on what you do best, developing people, driving performance, and building a high-performing culture.
You will take full responsibility for building, coaching, and leading a team of high-performing “hunters,” focused on driving new business growth and expanding the reach of the business unit. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s success and, in turn, directly influencing the wider organization’s growth trajectory.
