Run a Massive Commercial Roofing Pipeline And Get a Cut of the Profits
This is a high-autonomy Project Manager seat with a $60M commercial roofing contractor scaling toward $100M across two states.
You will be joining a commercial roofing operation with the pipeline, subcontractor network, internal support, and leadership ambition to give a serious Project Manager room to make an impact.
The financial upside is direct. Project profit-sharing is tied to the margin of the work you execute, giving you a clear reason to control cost, schedule, quality, and change orders properly.
The field model is already built. With an established network of roughly 200 field subcontractors, you can focus on managing commercial builds, leading the client relationship, protecting profitability, and keeping projects moving.
The next generation of ownership is modernizing the business and creating room for strong operators to move into senior leadership as revenue continues to scale.
