Work spans commercial coatings restoration, single-ply re-roofing, metal systems, spray foam, storm damage, residential roofing, agricultural buildings, foundation repair and waterproofing. Roughly 97% is re-roofing rather than new construction, and this role is residential-focused.
The platform has recently expanded beyond its traditional coatings base, widening the services available to take to market. Omaha is the newest office and the primary growth priority, with Lincoln also in territory. Sales sits alongside marketing, operations and multiple technical divisions.

Your Role
- Run company-generated residential leads from first appointment to signed contract
- Generate your own business through referrals, neighbourhoods and storm activity, earning the higher rate on all of it
- Inspect and scope roofs as trained, and present solutions homeowners trust
- Build a referral base that keeps producing after the job is finished
- Work with production so what you sell gets delivered properly
Key Requirements
- Proven consumer or B2C sales record, with evidence you out-performed a peer group
- Comfortable self-generating business, not only running supplied appointments
- Coachable — roofing experience is preferred but will be taught to the right seller
- Based in the Omaha metro, with a valid driver’s license
