What you will be doing
You’ll be stepping into a leadership role where you run the job site and drive projects from start to finish. In this position, you’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure commercial roofing projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the go-to person on-site, owning daily operations, solving problems in real time, and keeping projects moving efficiently.
You’ll work closely with project managers, vendors, and clients to exceed expectations. From managing materials and equipment to tracking progress and delivering top-tier results, this is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who takes pride in building great teams and even better projects.

What you’ll need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing
- Hands-on experience with various commercial roofing systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and oversee large-scale roofing projects.
