You will run meaningful commercial projects with proper support behind you, not constant chaos. You will be trusted to lead your sites and held to high standards, but you will not be left fighting fires alone.

Your Role
? Lead daily field operations across multiple commercial roofing projects
? Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, cranes, dumpsters and materials
? Attend client meetings and oversee clean project closeouts
? Track job progress, daily reports, QAQC, and inspections
? Maintain safety compliance and OSHA standards

Key Requirements
? 5+ years commercial roofing supervisory experience
? Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal systems
? OSHA 10 minimum, OSHA 30 preferred
? Willingness to travel across the Northeast on overnight stays
? Proven subcontractor and field team management experience
