What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving new business growth across the market, proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities through cold outreach, networking, relationship-building, and strategic business development activity. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, opening doors with new clients, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue-generating partnerships.

You’ll develop a strong understanding of the local market and position the business as a trusted partner for clients throughout the region. Success in the role will come from your ability to build genuine relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver solutions that create long-term value.


What You’ll Bring
  • 5 Years of progressive B2B sales experience
  • 2+ Years of sales for a commercial roofing contractor or similar field
  • An existing book of business
  • The ability to climb ladders and work at heights
