This is a senior field leadership role inside a residential roofing contractor that is scaling with structure, discipline, and long-term vision.
The company already has strong market presence across New York and Connecticut and is continuing to invest heavily into operational systems, safety standards, and field leadership.
You will take ownership of field execution across the business. That includes leading Project Managers, managing subcontractor performance, enforcing operational standards, and driving a best-in-class safety culture across every active project.
This is not a clipboard superintendent role. You will have real authority and direct impact on operational performance, margins, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
You will collaborate with experienced operators in a company that values accountability, professionalism, and long-term growth.

Your Role
- Lead and develop Project Managers across multiple residential roofing projects
Own subcontractor management including onboarding, accountability, quality, and performance standards. - Conduct field audits, safety inspections, and operational reviews to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Drive operational improvements related to production, quality control, safety, and gross margin performance.

- 5+ years of field leadership experience within residential roofing or exterior construction
- Experience leading Project Managers, Superintendents, or field operations teams.
- experience leading safety initiatives and OSHA compliance programs.
