Your Role
- Prepare accurate estimates for reroofing and service projects
- Develop detailed proposals covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Help secure profitable projects through precise and professional estimating

What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing
- Experience using estimating and take-off software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Edge, or similar platforms
- Ability to read plans and perform accurate quantity take-offs
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
