Your Role
This includes generating and closing commercial roofing opportunities, other duties include:
- You own the client relationship from first contact through project completion
- Performing job walks, take-offs, estimates, and proposals.
- Building long-term relationships through the CRM.
- Partnering with Operations and Field Services; and supporting billing, collections, and documentation accuracy.
You don’t need to be a roofing expert; we can teach that. We need a seller who hunts, builds, and executes.
- 5+ years sales experience (roofing or commercial construction preferred)
- Strong estimating or project management exposure
- Comfortable working on commercial roofs
