Position: Estimating Manager (Commercial Roofing)
Location: Conway, SC
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Benefits: 401k, Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays & Company-Funded Training
The opportunity:

You would have the freedom to build the department your way. Lead and develop the team, improve systems, control bid strategy, protect margins and determine which opportunities the business should pursue. You wouldn’t just price the work; you would influence how the company grows.
This family-owned Carolina contractor has served the region since the 1950s and now generates more than $40M annually. The next target is $75M–$80M, with commercial estimating sitting at the heart of that growth. The reputation, resources and workload are already established. What the business needs now is the person who can take the reins and build an estimating operation capable of turning that ambition into profitable revenue.
What's in it for you:
Most estimating leadership roles are titles bolted onto an estimator's desk. This one is an actual department to own, at a business with the volume to justify it and an owner who wants to let go of it.
Alongside a competitive salary and bonus structure, you'll:

Day to day, that means pricing commercial new construction and re-roofing yourself, reviewing and approving the team's work before it goes out, handling public-bid work, and maintaining the EDGE data and assemblies that everything else depends on.
