You’ll be joining an established $60m contractor delivering large-scale multifamily exterior renovation projects across California. This role sits at the front end of multifamily restoration projects coming in through reputation, repeat clients, and inbound leads. You’ll have real autonomy to run your jobs properly, make decisions, and drive performance across multifamily exterior restoration projects.
They have built a strong reputation in the market over time, which is where most of the work comes from, and now being backed by a national private equity platform they can utilize a proven structure, ongoing investment and offer you a clear plan for growth

The Role:
- Own full delivery of multifamily exterior restoration projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Lead Superintendents and coordinate field teams
- Handle change orders, billing, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years Project Management experience in commercial exteriors
- Experience delivering projects $250k - $5m+
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management
- Experience in multifamily, envelope, or exterior construction preferred
