Salary – $60,000 - $85,000 + Uncapped Commission & Benefits

Join an independently owned commercial roofing contractor with focused leadership, an established customer base and ambitious growth plans. This is not a business looking to hire a team of sales people and hope for the best, they are looking for one person to come in, lead the business into the future and build a department around them, are you up for the challenge?

You’ll be selling in a territory that already recognizes the company name, making it easier to contact owners and decision-makers across their usual customer base of manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, schools and multi-site commercial portfolios.

With projects averaging $250k, a typical sale earns you $7,500 in commission. Customers with multiple buildings offer further potential, with one repair or maintenance relationship opening the door to repeat business across their portfolio.

• Solid earning potential: twelve $250k projects would generate $90k, giving $175k total earnings on an $85k base.

• Uncapped commission on total project value and paid on completion

What You’ll Bring:

Commercial roofing experience is essential. You’ll have five or more years in the industry, a proven sales record and the drive to generate your own opportunities. You’ll also know how to inspect a roof, earn a building owner’s trust and close the deal.
