What you will be doing
- Manage daily roofing activities to ensure timely project completion
- Lead, train, and manage roofing crews to maintain high productivity
- Enforce company safety regulations, and ensure proper safety protocols
- Inspect work, address issues, and maintain high-quality standards
- Serve as the main point of contact between the field and office
What you’ll need
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in commercial roofing management
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
