This is a step up. You are coming into a privately owned commercial roofing contractor with around 20 years in business and $150m in revenue, doing large, technical new construction work across Texas.
You are not here to sit behind a desk and just price jobs. You will be the experienced person in the room, setting the standard, improving bid quality, and helping bring junior estimators up as the team is rebuilt.
The business has tightened its focus to stronger branches, better people, and sustainable growth. That gives you a more stable environment, backed by experienced operators who know what they are doing.

Your role
• Lead bids on large commercial new construction roofing projects
• Support and guide junior estimators in the branch
• Review bids and act as a strong second set of eyes before contract stage
• Work closely with experienced operations and field leadership
• Help strengthen the overall estimating function as the team rebuilds

Requirements
• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
