You’ll be joining an established $60m contractor delivering large-scale multifamily exterior renovation projects across California. This role sits at the front end of multifamily restoration projects coming in through reputation, repeat clients, and inbound leads. You’ll be pricing real opportunities, not chasing bids.

The Role:
- Review plans and specs to build accurate project scopes
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors
- Solicit and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities
- Support bid submissions and handover to operations
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years estimating experience in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of labor, material, and subcontractor pricing
- Experience in multifamily, envelope, or exterior construction preferred
