General Superintendent – Commercial Roofing

$150K – $160K + Bonus + Full Benefits

You'll lead a team of Superintendents and foremen. You'll set the standard they work to. You'll decide how crews are deployed, how schedules hold, and how quality gets protected before a client ever has to ask.

Your Role

• Own field production across multiple concurrent commercial roofing projects
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Superintendents and foremen
• Deploy crews and manage labor to protect schedule and margin
• Drive quality control and inspections so work passes first time
• Partner with estimating, PM, and service teams on handoffs, manpower, and sequencing

What You Bring

• 10+ years in commercial roofing, with real low-slope depth (TPO, PVC, EPDM, mod bit)
• 5+ years leading in the field, ideally with Superintendents or foremen reporting to you
• Proven ability to run multiple crews and projects at once without losing control
• Command of safety compliance and quality standards
• High standards, straight talk, and pride in the work
