You will join a commercial roofing contractor that has grown from a small residentialoperation into a $15M-$20M commercial business in just five years.
This is not a company surviving off storm work, tiny repairs, or low-margin chaos. The business is financially strong, debt-free, privately owned, and aggressively scaling through commercial reroofing, public bids, HOAs, municipalities, industrial facilities, and property management relationships.
You will have the freedom to operate like an adult. No micromanagement, no layers of corporate bureaucracy, and no ceiling on earnings. The ownership team wants genuine hunters who can build relationships, generate work, and manage deals properly from start
to finish.
The company already has lead generation support, operational backing, estimating infrastructure, and growing market credibility. They now need high-level salespeople who want to capitalize on that momentum and grow alongside the business.

Your Role
? Generate and close commercial roofing opportunities across Florida
? Build relationships with commercial clients
? Manage projects from initial relationship through signed contract
? Work closely with estimating and operations teams to deliver projects successfully
? Help expand the company’s presence within growing commercial markets

The business operates primarily within commercial roofing and currently generates approximately $15M-$20M in annual revenue. Around 90% of work is commercial across reroofing, public bid, industrial, HOA, and municipal sectors. Current project values regularly sit around the $1M range, with active projects exceeding $2.3M.
The company is privately owned, debt-free, and led directly by ownership. Leadership has built the business aggressively over the last five years and continues to scale strategically into new markets including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Key Requirements
? 2 Years of commercial roofing sales experience
? Proven experience generating your own business
? Experience selling reroofing or large commercial projects
