Your Role
- Pipeline Management: Prospect, qualify, and close commercial reroof and service contracts across industrial, retail, and public sectors.
- Field Assessments: Conduct on-site customer visits and detailed commercial roof inspections to determine project scopes.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with estimating and operations to build accurate proposals while maintaining target gross margins.

Requirements
- Proven Sales Record: 3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience or 5+ years of B2B construction sales.
- System Knowledge: Strong understanding of single-ply commercial roofing systems and scopes of work.
- Territory Mobility: Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly to regional customer sites.
