You are stepping into a business with real work coming in. High-rise projects, repeat clients, and a steady pipeline already in place. You are not chasing bids that go nowhere.
This is a chance to be part of a branch that is growing and building out its estimating function. Right now, it is a small team. The plan is to scale it, and you come in early enough to establish yourself as a key part of that.
You will do your own work properly. Site visits, takeoffs, pricing, and full ownership of bids from start to finish.
Your numbers directly shape what gets won and how the job performs.
You are backed, not micromanaged. There is experience around you, but you are trusted to handle your role.
If you do the job well, you are not staying as just another estimator. There is a clear path to step up, take on more responsibility, and play a bigger role in how the estimating function is built as the branch grows.

Your Role
- Take full ownership of estimates from initial review through to final submission
- Attend site walks and properly assess scope, access, and production approach
- Complete takeoffs and build detailed, accurate cost estimates
- Review drawings, RFIs, and documentation to make sure nothing is missed
- Work closely with sales and operations to shape how bids are built and won

Key Requirements
- Experience in restoration, façade, or waterproofing sectors
- Proven experience in construction estimating with ownership of full bid process
- Strong takeoff capability with the ability to build accurate, detailed cost estimates
- Solid understanding of production rates, labour, and how jobs are actually delivered
- Able to attend site visits and operate across North / Central New Jersey
