What You Will Be Doing
Actively seek out commercial roofing sales opportunities and build strong
relationships with property managers, building owners, and other key stakeholders.

Guide clients through their options, prepare proposals, and close deals with
confidence and clarity.

Work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Manage your pipeline, secure payments, and generate referrals, all while keeping accurate records and project documentation up to date.


What You Will Bring

• Proven success in outside sales, preferably in roofing or construction
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable generating leads independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
• Experience with CRM systems
