A commercial roofing contractor with more than five decades in the market is expanding its project leadership team in Memphis.

This role sits at the center of production, field execution, budget control, and client communication. You’ll lead commercial roofing projects from kickoff through closeout with the authority to make decisions that directly impact schedule, cost, quality, and customer experience.

You’ll be supported with modern technology, experienced operational leadership, and the infrastructure to run projects properly rather than constantly firefighting in the field.

• Join a commercial and industrial roofing contractor operating across multiple U.S. markets.
• Manage projects that include new construction, reroofing, and complex commercial roofing scopes.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Use modern project management tools, including platforms such as Procore and MS Project, to manage execution and reporting.
• Split time between office coordination and on-site project leadership in the Memphis market.

• Own project execution from pre-construction through final closeout.
• Control schedules, manpower, material flow, equipment coordination, and budget performance.
• Lead field teams and subcontractors while enforcing OSHA and company safety standards.
• Drive quality control through regular site inspections and corrective action.
• Manage client communication, progress reporting, risk mitigation, and change coordination across multiple active projects.

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Experience using project management software such as Procore and/or MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial roofing projects concurrently.
• Valid driver’s license.
