You'll take full ownership of commercial roofing projects from buyout through closeout, working out of Woodstock and supporting growth markets across Georgia and the Southeast.
You'll manage budgets, schedules and margin performance, run submittals, procurement and subcontractor buyout, coordinate crews and field leadership, control change orders, and keep safety and quality standards where they need to be.
The role also carries significant exposure to customers, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, allowing you to build the relationships that protect delivery today and win repeat work tomorrow.

What you'll bring:
- 6+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong working knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM and modified bitumen systems, including reroof and tear-off
- Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and on margin
- Confidence managing subcontractors, field crews and GC relationships
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Excel
