Project Manager (Residential Roofing)

Arlington, TX
$75,000 - $100,000
Position: Project Manager (Residential Roofing)
Location: Arlington, TX
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 + Monthly Bonus
Benefits: Fully Paid Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays

Most residential roofing project managers spend their days driving between jobsites, chasing crews and reacting to problems. This role offers something different.

You’ll join a fast-growing national roofing contractor that has built the technology, systems and installation network to manage projects at scale. Instead of losing hours on the road, you’ll run a high-volume portfolio from one central location, making decisions, solving problems and keeping projects moving across multiple markets.

With the business expanding rapidly, this is an opportunity to join at the right time, take on real responsibility and grow with a company building a more efficient model for roofing delivery.

What’s in it for you:
You’ll have established systems and technology behind you, access to a nationwide installation network and the authority to manage projects without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

This is a genuine growth hire. You won’t be stepping into a stagnant operation or waiting for someone else to move before you can progress. The company is increasing project volume, entering new markets and creating opportunities for strong performers to expand their responsibility as the business scales.

The opportunity:
This is not a traditional project management role where you need to stand on every roof to get the job completed properly.

You’ll manage residential roofing projects centrally, using photos, video, digital project information and direct communication with crews and customers. The model gives experienced roofing professionals the freedom to focus on decisions, delivery and results rather than spending their week travelling between jobsites.

You’ll take ownership from approval through installation and closeout, coordinating permitting, inspections, materials, crews, schedules and customer communication.

When an installation issue arises, you’ll understand what is happening, decide what needs to be done and keep the project moving. You’ll also review scopes and budgets, manage work orders and change orders, monitor quality through completion photos and resolve warranty or installation concerns.

Success will be measured by how effectively you drive projects through scheduling, installation, inspection and closeout while protecting quality, profitability and the customer experience.

What you’ll bring:
You’ll need at least two years of experience in residential roofing, project management, production, insurance restoration, home improvement or a closely related construction environment.

Strong roofing knowledge is essential. If a crew calls about flashing, a leak, a transition, a material shortage or an installation problem, you must be able to understand the issue and guide them toward the right solution without needing to visit the roof.

You’ll also need to be highly organized, confident communicating with homeowners and crews, comfortable managing multiple active projects and capable of making decisions at speed.

This environment suits someone who is proactive, accountable, comfortable with technology and ready to take ownership. It will not suit someone who needs constant direction or must physically attend every project to manage it effectively.

Some travel may be required.
