The work is real commercial. Around 70% new construction and 30% re-roofing across data centres, healthcare, manufacturing, and large retail. Project values typically range from $100K up to $10m, so you’re dealing with proper scope and responsibility, not small patch jobs.
They’re privately owned, which gives them stability and a long-term mindset, without outside pressure. They still operate with the pace and ambition of a high-growth contractor.

Your role
- Drive quality and safety across all phases
- Run day-to-day delivery of commercial roofing projects
- Take ownership of outcomes. You’re expected to deliver
- Control schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site performance
- Work within a pod structure alongside Director, Coordinator, and support team

Key Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial roofing project management
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems
- Proven track record running projects end-to-end
- Ability to operate in a structured, process-driven environment
