Position: Commercial Roofing Account Manager (Commission Only)
Location: Plymouth, MN
Compensation: Uncapped Commission ($200k - $500k OTE)

The opportunity:
This is an opportunity to join an established commercial roofing contractor as they continue investing in the growth of their commercial division across the country
As demand continues to grow, they are expanding their commercial sales team to strengthen existing client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support the continued growth of their reroofing, repair, maintenance, and building envelope services.
This is an opportunity to join a business with the resources, reputation, and operational support to compete for projects ranging from routine maintenance work through to large-scale commercial reroofing contracts.

The role:
You'll be responsible for developing new commercial business throughout the local market, working with property managers, facility managers, building owners, HOAs, apartment groups, hospitality operators, industrial facilities, schools, and commercial property stakeholders.
You'll build your own network, develop relationships within the market, manage opportunities from first contact through to contract award, and create long-term partnerships that generate recurring business.
Whilst you'll receive support from the Business Development team, this is a role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, opening doors, and building a book of business.
Whether your background is commercial roofing, residential roofing, or another B2B sales environment connected to construction, the company is willing to invest in the right person with the right mindset.
