Opportunity Overview
This privately owned commercial roofing contractor has operated for more than 30 years and projects annual revenue of approximately $12M–$13M.

The company specializes in commercial and industrial roofing services, with a strategic focus on repairs, coatings, restoration, leak diagnostics, and roof asset preservation. Re-roofs and replacements are completed when necessary, but ownership believes clients benefit most from restoration solutions whenever practical.

Projects range from small service calls through to contracts exceeding $5M and include warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and retail properties.

Headquartered in St. Louis, the company has already established a Chicago office in Elk Grove Village and intends to continue investing in the market as the right people join the business.

Your Role
  • Own commercial opportunities from initial inspection through signed agreement
  • Identify repair, restoration, coating, and replacement solutions for commercial clients
  • Build relationships with property owners, facility managers, and decision makers
  • Prepare proposals, references, COIs, and supporting sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate activity and follow-up schedules within AccuLynx
  • Manage the client journey independently without relying on ownership involvement
  • Represent a family-owned business with professionalism, integrity, and strong follow-through
Key Requirements
  • Proven commercial roofing sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of personally closing commercial roofing projects
  • Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, coatings, and leak diagnostics
  • Experience using CRM and proposal management software
  • Ability to manage opportunities from lead generation through contract execution
