This residential roofing contractor has been operating for more than 25 years and generated over $30m in revenue during 2025. Recent private equity investment has accelerated expansion across multiple Midwest markets, with additional branches planned over the coming years.

The business specializes in residential reroofing, storm restoration, luxury roofing projects, gutters, and one of the country's most established Tesla Solar Roof installation divisions. 

Sales teams are supported by dedicated production, administration, and operational leadership, allowing representatives to focus on winning work and serving customers.

 

Your Role

• Manage company-provided leads from initial inspection through contract signing
• Develop referral relationships within the local community
• Estimate residential roofing projects and present proposals to homeowners
• Build your own pipeline alongside company-generated opportunities
• Work closely with production to ensure a smooth customer handover

Key Requirements

• Sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, insurance adjusting, or another relationship-driven sales environment
• Ability to estimate and present projects to customers
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable working from the Omaha branch and meeting customers throughout the local market
