You'll work directly alongside a third-generation ownership team that has spent more than 30 years building relationships throughout the St. Louis market.

Your Role
- Own commercial leads from initial inspection through signed agreement
- Identify repair, restoration and replacement opportunities
- Build relationships with facility managers, property owners and commercial decision makers
- Develop proposals, references, COIs and supporting sales documentation
- Maintain accurate activity within AccuLynx
- Follow up consistently to maximize close rates
- Represent a family-owned business with professionalism and integrity
- Proven commercial roofing sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to close deals independently
- Working knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen and coatings
- Experience using CRM and proposal management systems
- Track record selling repairs, service or restoration projects preferred
